This document is awaiting final legal review.

Effective date: 4 October 2026.

Business and scope

These terms apply to digital photography products sold by James Angele, trading as Bokeh Club Australia, ABN 80 975 806 472, based in Victoria, Australia. Contact bokehclubau@outlook.com.

Read these terms with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and the product description presented before purchase. The website is currently a preview and checkout is closed. These purchase terms describe the arrangements that apply when sales open.

What you are buying

Each digital pack contains the resources listed on its product page. These may include photography guides, reference cards, checklists, printable or fillable PDFs, phone images and editable spreadsheet templates. The product page identifies the available formats and inclusions.

A resource may have more than one format or print layout. A count of resources is different from a count of individual downloadable files. Higher-tier packs may include resources also contained in lower-tier packs; buying a higher tier does not create multiple distinct versions of the same shared resource unless the listing says so.

These are digital products. No camera, film, printed booklet, physical parcel or subscription is included unless the product description expressly states otherwise. Current pack prices are one-time payments and do not enrol you in a recurring subscription.

Prices and orders

Prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable tax or mandatory charge must be included in the total displayed before you authorise payment. The final checkout total and product description form part of your order.

Use an email address you can access and provide accurate details requested at checkout. Payment is processed by the provider identified there. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code. A payment attempt or return to a confirmation page does not by itself establish payment success; access is granted after successful payment is verified.

If a material listing or pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we will explain it and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a corrected offer for you to accept or a refund of any amount paid. We will not make an additional charge or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Delivery and accessing your files

After verified payment, the purchased product is added to My Library under the email used for the order. Delivery normally occurs automatically when payment confirmation is processed. Provider delays, payment review or an interruption to the service may delay access. If an order is paid but its resources are missing, contact us with your order details so we can investigate and restore delivery or provide an appropriate remedy.

Sign in through the secure email link sent to that address. Where a pack includes a Start Here guide, it explains the files and how to use them. Each file is downloaded separately unless an actual combined archive is expressly listed. A Start Here guide is not a combined archive of the whole pack.

Download links are short-lived for security. If a link expires, return to your library to obtain a new one. Do not share sign-in links, accounts or signed download links. Save your own copies of the files you are licensed to use. Online library access is a delivery and convenience feature; we do not advertise a fixed subscription period or an unconditional guarantee of permanent hosting.

Formats and compatibility

You need internet access to sign in and download. PDFs require a compatible reader; fillable PDFs may need a reader that supports interactive form fields. PNG images can be viewed in a compatible image viewer. XLSX templates require compatible spreadsheet software, and some formatting or features may behave differently between applications.

Check the formats shown on the product page before buying. For printable files, follow the paper size and print instructions in the supplied guide. Contact us if a supplied file is damaged, does not open in reasonably compatible software or materially differs from the description. Compatibility statements do not restrict your consumer rights.

Licence and permitted use

We grant you a non-exclusive licence to download, retain, print and use the purchased resources for your own photography and internal working use. You may make working copies, annotate guides and complete templates for your own projects, including your own professional photography workflow.

You must not resell, distribute, publicly upload or share the source resources, give others access to the download library, remove ownership notices to misrepresent authorship, or incorporate the resources into a competing product without our written permission. You retain rights in your own photographs and original information that you enter into templates. We do not claim ownership of your work.

Updates and availability

We may correct or update resources. Where an update is made available in your library, the current download may replace an older version. We will not deliberately remove a material paid inclusion without an appropriate replacement or remedy. Keep copies of versions you need for your own records. Any additional promises expressly made at purchase remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Photography and buying guidance

The resources provide general practical information. They do not constitute an inspection or certification of a particular camera, a guaranteed valuation, or a promise of a particular photographic result. Camera condition, equipment compatibility, film behaviour and processing results vary. Check the specific equipment and current manufacturer or laboratory instructions where relevant, and seek a qualified repairer for faults that require professional attention.

Refunds and access changes

Our Refund Policy explains how to request help or a remedy. A full refund or final payment reversal may revoke the online entitlement arising from that purchase. Entitlements from a separate valid purchase remain available. We do not use an access restriction to prevent you exercising consumer rights or pursuing a genuine complaint. Partial refunds are handled according to the affected item and applicable rights.

Promotional benefits

The advertised digital resources are the product you purchase. Packs are offered independently of giveaways when ordinary sales are open. Any qualifying promotional purchase must be at the normal retail price, without a separate entry fee or price increase for entries. Entry numbers do not describe the monetary value of a pack.

A purchase includes promotional entries only if an open, eligible promotion and the specific benefit are disclosed before purchase. Ordinary pack purchases do not automatically enter a future giveaway. Any entries are governed by the Giveaway Terms and that promotion's published rules, including eligible locations, qualifying purchase methods and dates. Product availability does not establish eligibility for a draw. Participation in a promotion does not replace delivery of the product you purchased.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If there is a problem with your product, email us with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
