Bokeh Club Camera Shop
Condition guide
Every camera gets a cosmetic grade and, separately, a functional status. A camera can look mint and still have a fault, so we never treat one as a stand-in for the other.
Cosmetic grade
- Mint
- Exceptionally clean with virtually no visible wear.
- Near Mint
- Very light signs of careful use.
- Excellent+
- Minor cosmetic wear only.
- Excellent
- Normal signs of use with no major cosmetic damage.
- Very Good
- Clear signs of use but presentable and fully described.
- Good
- Heavier cosmetic wear and imperfections, fully disclosed.
Functional status
- Tested Working
- Checked against our testing checklist, with every critical item for that camera passing. Individual results we've approved for publishing are shown on the listing.
- Serviced
- Has documented service or repair work, summarised on the listing.
- Untested, partially tested or fault
- Not sold through the Bokeh Club shop. Only Tested Working and Serviced cameras can be bought.
Every listing also has a “What we found” section listing each known mark or defect. If something isn't listed there, we didn't find it.
